The zone near the border next toTecate, is becoming the zone of a bloody war among human and drug smugglers, the most terrible one occurred in a spot known as "Joe Bill", where they massacred with gun shots three people. A week before in another cross-fire near that area, three more turned out to be injured but they managed to flee to the United States where they were treated.



The dead were indentified as Alejandro Vargas Patiño, 17, and Francisco Ortiz Duarte, 18, both from Tecoman, Colima, and Jesús Panduro RodrÃ*guez, 23, from Michoacán.






The three bodies were found by grupo Beta, face down. The men were killed in that area near San Pablo, located north of the 122 kilometer of the Mexicali-Tijuana road.



Forensic agents from Baja California located bullet casings of 7.62 x 39 caliber, fired from an AK-47.

Are these the three who claimed to be illegal aliens who were attacked by robbers?
One was shot in the leg, one had a bullet graze to the head and the third had a broken arm.

yes they are.

Thanks for the information LawInforcer--so we are now giving medical treatment to cartel members too. Hope the three are under arrest.
