Notice the number of people and buildings on the Mexico side, and how close they come to the border.
The double fence is the double fence built by Duncan Hunter.Notice the Mexican Trucks lined up to come to the US.


The double fence gives way to the old wall, and then no fence. The man in the blue is a Minuteman.

You know whats missing from Mexicos side? Massive apartment complexes, like the kind they live in over here. Must not be too bad to live in Mexico, and everyone has a house to live in instead of an apartment. Some of the houses look a bit shabby, but I know personally of many Americans forced to rent and live in crowded conditions, would rather have to live in a fixer-upper, of their own, than to have to rent. We simply do not have that choice as real estate prices have gone up and our incomes are down, so hardly anyone can own anymore.

It has gotten so bad that a city is forming just feet away from our border. Because they can easly slip through into the United states that way. WOW,,,,

Yeah, pics of the border always look funny--with all of the development on the Mexican side. 'Cause no Americans want to live that close to Mexico, but a hell of a lot of Mexicans want to have that proximity to the USA.

That region was one hell of a scary place before that fence went up.

Yes, the fence definitley needs to be extended. But it ends 14 miles inland--there is no industrial center on either side of the border out there. The flow of drugs and illegals has actually been pushed into Arizona, which resulted in the Minuteman Project.

I saw Michael Chertoff recently say that Duncan Hunter is being misleading about the building of 800 miles worth of fence, and only 2 miles have been built. Chertoff claims that it isn't done incrementally, that the land needs to be surveyed, engineers sent in, and then the fence all goes up similtaniously. He claims that it will all be built by September......So rest assure!!

My question to traitor Chertoff are these: If the fence all goes up at once, why then did it not all go up along with the 2 miles already built? Engineers? Where are they? When will they begin working? What is the hold up? Oh yes, this thing will become a reality in September. Does ANYONE here believe Chertoff about this?
