DHS/ICE Full Page AD New Orleans
This is a photo I took of my hometown newspaper, The Times Picayune in New Orleans.
The date is Sunday September 14th, 2008
There was no notice as to who paid for the ad, I assume it was DHS / ICE

Hmmm........that's very interesting.
I must admit that I am a little curious as to who funded the advertisement. Assuming the newspaper will accept it, anyone can pay for a full page in a newspaper. Well, thanks to the organization or person that paid for it (must have been expensive)."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

The Times Picayune has typically maintained a less than neutral stance, meaning more on the side of pro-illegal.
They have shyed away from practically any print that is contrary to this. I was shocked to see this.
To top it all off, today (monday) they printed an article with the word illegal in the title. Maybe the mail to the editor is overwhelming them. I'm just as curious and confused to this new behavior.Big Business wants cheap labor,

Got the scoop
Had a friend call the Times Picayune newspaper this morning. Seems as though the ad was placed by a local attorney. No, they would not name this attorney as they stated he or she wished to remain anonymous.
Also inquired as to the cost of the ad, it was told that the walk in street cost was $12,000.00

I'll tell you it wasn't an immigration attorney.
I'm glad he/she did it!
