According to the video the girl in the graduation cap was arrested in McCain's office in DC. why is she still here?

It's sickening. But on the bright side he told them straight up, there would be no Dream Act. That is reality. It won't happen. 80% of the American People want the border secured. When that happens, 80% of the American People will want every illegal alien deported. When that happens, 90% of the American People will want every available seat in every available college filled with an American Citizen. Illegal aliens need to be told the truth. They need to face the reality of their situation in this country. No Congress is going to legalize them. No President can legalize them. No Court will legalize them. They are going home where they belong. Illegal aliens are not in a "gray area" because they're in this country illegally. They're in the wrong area, because their parents broke our laws and brought them here to a country they don't belong in or belong to. The parents are going home and their children are going home which means illegal aliens of all ages are going home.

Tell them the truth so they can make their plans to leave and go home where they belong. My husband was born in a foreign country, a US citizen, a child of 2 US citizens on overseas work duty for an oil company. He didn't move to the US until he was almost 17 years old. There's no difference for him moving home to America when his parents retired than that woman in the video claiming she was brought here when she was 11 and if she's 18 or whatever now, so what? She had a 7 year experience in a foreign country. But the gig is up. She has to go home just like my husband had to come home.

Get over yourselves, you whiny mooching illegal aliens. I can't imagine taking up the time of a US Senator on such a ridiculous personal issue when our country is falling apart. It just shows how much they don't belong here and never will.

Ditto Judy! I've always wondered why illegal invaders get so much face time with our politicians, while we American citizens gets stuck with canned responses and rude staffers / aides!

Yea, just because you get arrested, doesn't mean you will be punished.
