    That's so true.

    There was a news story some years ago in Tyler (I believe) Texas. A big Ace hardware wanted a better location. Some muffler shop, 2nd generation had a great location. The city council was trying to take the muffler shop because they said, Ace Hardware would bring in more tax dollars. While some of these strong arm business may bring in more sales tax, I'll bet dollars to donuts they get some kind of property tax abatement.

    It's criminal what is happening all over this country.
