According to the Grassfire website, that billboard is located in Dallas. Anyone seen it yet to know its exact location?

I got an email about this. You can sponsor a 1sq. ft section for $25 to place them in other areas of the country--I believe it was SoCal, Atlanta, Arizona and So. Fl. they are targetting first. Visit their website for more info.

This is a great idea. I wonder how long it will take before MS-13 spray paints their slogans all over the sign.

$25 a foot is very expensive.. I like the sign idea, but just curious if they really cost that much to display/make?

Other thing is, can you publish ads in the news paper at all? USA Today and Wall St. journal would seem like good choices..

Do you have any idea the price of a full-page ad in a major newspaper?

Not cheap by any means! Not affordable unless you're backed by megabucks.

I contributed to this billboard campaign and there are two more going up this week. Yes it does cost money to print and mount these billboards not to mention paying the company that owns it for space for a certain amount of time. They are displaying them in prominent high traffic areas in certain cities across the country and if it takes off they will be able to display more than the original 6 they anticipated.

WSJ is 10-15K for a full page ad for one day.

I contributed 2 ft. Don't know where it is going though. Wish we could put one in MA, but you can't specify where you want it to go.

If you purchase 2 square feet, you are given a free yard sign. Now, I am wondering if anyone would really place a sign in their yard?
