I hope this disaster won't be used to waive I-9 like Katrina

I hope that President Bush will not be propping the door open again in the lame duck period of his administration like he during the aftermath of Katrina.

I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

There are millions of Illegal invaders already in Texas no need for any more, if they need fresh IDs with a stolen SS# no problem they can buy them at area flea markets in Houston and other Texas locations. This storm will keep Western Union very Busy sending money south. I understand some Home Depots are already open and the lots are teaming with day labor. Power has been restored to some neighborhoods
in greater Houston. A big difference between this recovery and Katrina is
that Texans are out clearing the neighborhood streets of trees and clearing drainage ditches and helping one another. Not waiting for someone to do it for them. No welfare mentality in Texas.
