Why are illegal immigrants, who are first of all attending schools in the U.S. illegally, allowed to express such bad words to Attorney General Tom Horne?

I can't watch videos like this too long, it makes my blood boil.

"AZ Attorney General Tom Horne, the author of the law banning separatist and racist "Raza studies" (particularly in the out of control Tucson schools) arrives for an interview with Univision and is mobbed by a La Raza crowd from Tucson shouting "Racismo" and "Nazi." "Where were the Capitol Police? More importantly - where was ICE? Disgraceful example of why his law was so critical."

Those are just some of the words spoken in the video.

The people should have been detained for the slandering remarks.

Couldn't watch it all.

What came to my mind is so many people act like this because we have a weak federal government that does not enforce their own laws and they are empowered knowing that. Shameful!

PHOENIX - Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne is at the center of another La Raza studies protest.

This time, the video has hit Youtube, and Horne says it shows the unruly teachings of the program. The protest happened Monday at the State Capitol.

Tom Horne actually released the video to the media himself, saying the La Raza studies supporters were interfering with his interview with a TV station.

In the video, you can see Horne walking up toward the building to do the interview with camera crews, and moments later they are surrounded by La Raza supporters.

Horne says it is a perfect example of why the teachings in the Mexican-American studies program should be stopped.

"The La Raza studies program is teaching the kids this kind of thuggish behavior, and it's very dysfunctional because when they grow up they have to learn to deal with disagreements in a civil way," Horne said.

But La Raza supporters say eliminating the classes would be cultural genocide, and the protest was never violent.

"It's like he's got a one track mind...eliminate education, restrict it, censor it, etcetera," La Raza contributor Roberto Rodriguez said.

The audit on the Mexican-American studies program at T.U.S.D. is expected to start next week. They will be looking to see if the curriculum is in compliance with the new state law.

Well, they can submit any type of curriculum they want so they appear to be in compliance...However, the only way to truly know what is actually taught is to monitor the classes daily....Something that won't happen.
