    Project Veritas journalists expose New Jersey poll workers in a Democrat-controlled precinct giving a ballot to a man who tells them he is not a citizen of the US and is a citizen of Ireland.

    It is illegal for anyone to give a ballot to someone who is not qualified to vote due to non-citizenship in the USA.
