    There are people in my school that have been known to dress like that....

    Oh yeah, JP -- they run around the streets here summer and winter with as much of their breasts showing as possible without get arrested. Unreal! The high school kids still dress that way in some of the schools and they can't tell the college kids how to dress so they pretty much do as they please. But the grade school kids at least are being "reconditioned." LOL
