President Trump entered the Elijah Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in DC on Thursday on a new set of garbage charges.


Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
Jack Smith’s latest indictment is a retread J6 committee garbage, free speech violations by the Biden DOJ who should know better, and ESP-like assumptions and mind-reading nonsense.
President Trump was taken into federal custody as he was arraigned on the latest junk charges by Biden’s DOJ.


Trump was processed and fingerprinted, ABC News reported.

Jack Smith was present for Trump’s arraignment on Thursday.

“Former President Donald Trump knocked his clasped hands on the table and, for a few seconds, stared toward special counsel Jack Smith as he waited for U.S. Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya to enter the courtroom.” – ABC News reported.
Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Noted attorney Alan Dershowitz responded to Jack Smith’s latest federal indictment against President Trump.

On Tuesday Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
Trump was arrested and arraigned at the Elijah Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in DC on Thursday on a new set of charges.

Jack Smith’s latest indictment is a retread J6 committee garbage, free speech violations by the Biden DOJ who should know better, and ESP-like assumptions and mind-reading nonsense.


Dershowitz said he read the 45-page indictment very thoroughly and very carefully.
“It is one of the strangest documents I have ever read,” Dershowitz said, calling the indictment “open-ended and broad.”

Dershowitz said under the terms and conditions, Jack Smith “could be indicted.”

“Let me explain why. The core of the indictment is that Donald Trump lied to the public. He lied! He just lied to the public!” Dershowitz said.

He continued, “But Jack Smith lied. In his indictment, he outlines the speech that Donald Trump made on January 6. It’s a very important part of the indictment. [Jack Smith] deliberately, wilfully, and with malice leaves out the keywords! He doctors the speech!”

Jack Smith, much like the corrupt liars on the January 6 Committee omitted Trump’s call for his supporters to protest “peacefully and patriotically.”

“He leaves out the part that Donald Trump said, ‘I want you to protest peacefully and patriotically.’ – Peacefully and patriotically. Those are the two words that bring him within the First Amendment!” Dershowitz added.

Always reserved to honor. Always deliberate in brutal honesty. Always professional, even in pragmatic approach!


Inasmuch as it is infuriating to see our great constitutional republic being shredded by the leftists, Marxists and overt communists that have infiltrated the institutions of political power, I must say there is just something incredibly inspiring about how one man, Donald John Trump, is willing to face down this entire system on our behalf.

I do not meter these words lightly. This is an era of incredible consequence in the history of our nation, and one man is standing in the gap to persevere against almost insurmountable odds. None of us alone could face the severity of this opposition and yet retain this level of internal fortitude. There is something much larger than us protecting, guiding and providing this inspiration.

President Trump is facing down much more than a well-fortified corrupt political enterprise; he is standing in front of us against a collective force of intent that would crush any other person. We bear witness to the most remarkable and inspiring act of internal strength, transferred through a vessel, into something far greater than the ordinary perseverance of men could accomplish.

Let there be no doubt, all of the lesser men attempting to play their various roles in republican opposition to candidate Trump – are small. There should be a collective shame upon those who cannot set aside their need for affluence and unite behind Donald Trump. No man is a monolith unto himself, but in this era – against this enemy, those who claim to stand for righteousness and yet challenge the one true warrior in our national arena, reduce themselves to insignificant gnats in the annals of history.


I am damn proud of Donald John Trump.

I am proud to support President Trump.

I am inspired by what President Trump is willing to do on behalf of our nation.

Deserving his effort on our behalf will remain my focus.
There is no value in the ‘might-haves’ of the past. We have one mission now….
