Why are we discussing H-1B Visas?

This is a deflection away from the illegal immigration issue and employers employing illegals and more.

Hi GaiaGoddess.

Alipac discusses all immigration matters, illegal and legal. Chain migration occurs with H1b legal immigration. It is fraught with abuse, takes jobs from American citizens. Silicon Valley votes democrat in majority, they want cheap labor. Most Americans want lower overall immigration.

Highlighting this abuse toward American citizens and jobs is important. Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswany, and others started this discussion. Calling Americans retarded and lazy and dumb is not a way to gain friends or to sway your side.

Silicon Valley and Big Tech has not been for less immigration but more. One of the tech bros, Jason, said that America needs one billion people.

Visa overstays, originally legal entrants, become illegal aliens when they overstay visas. It matters in the numbers and illegality.

Chain migration is a disaster for American lives, jobs, culture, ideas. India and China gain big footholds into America.

The West is at risk from legal and illegal immigration. Watching the videos educates and informs us of the larger picture and gives us facts not talking points from Big Tech and globalists who only see us as an economy to be used.

The tech job market began outsourcing in the early 1990s with Corporate Copy Centers, Finance, and then moved into major technical positions like writing and development. Then, once the Vendor Contract market was fully implemented, corporations used that to NOT hire Americans, but to hire via these immigration visa programs for only 20-30 year olds.

Most jobs available to American tech professionals whether you're male or female are via Contract. Few full time hires occur during our careers. Benefits via Contract Employment are much less, some positions not at all, and Contracts are purposefully short durations making you constantly in a job search. If you're fortunate to get an 18-month Contract, then there is a 6-month off Clause, making it certain that you won't be returning to that position.

So you see, there is a lot going on behind the scenes once we open up the can of worms of H1-B Visas
