A TikTok influencer, Leonel Morena, who is an illegal alien from Venezuela living it the United States, made this announcement:

“My people have thought about invading a house in the United States because I learned that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited we can expropriate [seize] it.”

The video has racked up 4 million views.

He added,

“The law says that if the abandoned houses are deteriorated and that are in bad condition, we can get, repair and live in it and even sell it.”

He said that he knows African migrants who have done this on seven properties. Moreno wants to turn this scheme into a business.

New York has a law that gives rights to squatters and authorities cannot arrest people who claim to be a. tenant; homeowners must go through a court process to evict that takes about 20 months.

Moreno made headlines last month after bragging on TikTok how he exploits his child to leech off the US taxpayer to avoid working and lives like he’s on vacation. He also made news when he called on Venezuelans to support the Times Square illegal alien shooter who injured a tourist in February.

I suggest they squat in all the elite vacation homes, beach homes, condos, on their boats and yachts in their marinas, where the "newcomers" can live with dignity.

Not only that, but they will also have the best schools and hospitals in the elite neighborhoods and the "newcomers" can access their healthcare system and schools and bankrupt them.

Columbus, Ohio: Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) fugitive operations officers arrested Leonel Moreno, a national from Venezuela who mocked America on social media in several viral videos. Moreno illegally crossed the border into Texas in 2022 and then failed to report to the ICE office within 60 days of arriving at his destination.

Moreno previously told his social media audience that he planned to make a business out of “invading” abandoned houses and taking them over with squatters’ rights laws, then selling them for a profit.

He claimed that some of his African friends have told him they have already taken seven homes in the US. He also waved around wads of cash and flaunting what he said were government handouts.

“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in one Instagram clip. “I came to the US to mark my territory.”
