    My understanding is that not only has his paternal relatives claimed he was born in Kenya, Berg has a certified Kenyan birth cert for Obama. However, none of this makes a difference to the courts. It seems that WE THE PEOPLE do not have "standing" to question the powers that be. Thus, any facade that we are a republic or a democracy has been ripped away.
