How do the Guatemalan men know what was said during the raids--they speak Spanish. Are they detainees? There were actual rats in the plant discovered during a prior inspection. I doubt if ICE agents called the people rats or donkeys. The last speaker said he came to the U.S. to FIGHT for their lives....hmmmmmm......weapons were previously reported at the plant when meth was made.

A Guatemalan female in the raid was quoted in the Des Moines Register saying they were well treated. She may not be treated as well in the future since she told ICE agents she was from Mexico and she is from Guatemala--she said it would be easier to return to the U.S. from Mexico. She can be identified--she complained of not feeling well and a male and female agent drove her to the Catholic Church in Postville because she didn't want ICE to know where she lived.

Olga Franco Del Cid is from Guatemalan and has bearly a years schooling--she is accused of driving the van that struck the schoolbus in Cottonwood, MN where 4 children died and 15 were injured several months ago.
