Thread: Why you should think about Detroit.

At one time Detroit was one of the most prosperous cities in the world. Even in the dot.com era the Detroit auto industry spent more than any other industry on Information Technology related services. After the dot.com bust American citizens became locked out of the IT industry by foreign H1-B and offshore job shops. Thousands of computer workers in Detroit lost their jobs, not to mention the tens of thousands of blue collar auto workers who got thrown out of work. Later, during the construction boom, the importation of illegal aliens led again to thousands of Americans losing their jobs and even more as the construction boom turned to bust. One owner of a drywall construction firm has told me that up to 90% of Americans in the drywall trade have lost their jobs because of illegal Mexican labor.

Now look at the video below. I live in Detroit and can tell you that what you are about to see has spread all over the city; some parts look better, some parts look worse. Can we expect what you see in this video to spread all over the US as we continue to throw hundreds of thousands of American citizens out of work to be replaced by slave wage "guest workers"?

That is unreal. Never been to Detroit but I sure never expected to see that. Looks like a deserted war zone.

I don't see how we can expect much less and it is frightening.

Is it any coincidence that the National Lawyers Guild, an organization more radical and pro-open borders than the ACLU has chosen Detroit for its annnual conference in October?

No doubt Detroit was chosen for a reason. In our minds it is symptomatic of the collapse of American industry in the wake of foreign competition and outsourcing. Of course, true to form, the Guild will blame Detroit's woes on American institutions and hold the Caucasian race culpable for minorities problems. The National Lawyers Guild is the same organization that has filed suit against LAPD for the Mayday (2007) demonstrations, seeking payments from US citizens to further their radical agenda. It is the organization that puts out the "legal observers" in lime green caps to videotape your every move at a protest meeting. Just watch the Minuteman protest at the Dem Convention and see how many of these lime green ballcapped minions take your picture. Talk about a Surveillance Society!! They take it over the top.

Protesting the NLG convention in October would be a worthwhile thing.

Or else, Detroit, like LA and Chicago, will be the future of America.

Man I thought Los Angeles, California was bad! Sheesh!
