    Isn't it a (federal) felony to tamper with mail also? I hope SEIU gets nailed to the wall!

    Yes tampering with someones mail is a Felony, from what i can see in the video they can also be charged with menacing, coercion, and probably a few other misdemeanors.

    this needs to be forwarded to glenn beck and other media.
    going through someones mail is a federal offense and so is
    intimidating and threatening someone

    That's the main reason I don't like unions. Mafia strongarm tactics are just as oppresive as tyrannical business owners can be.
