    What I don't understand is how a relatively conservative state like NC would allow the moronic practice of having in state tuition to illegals. If I lived in that state, I would definitely expose the traitors in the state government that are for such idiocity. It's something that should be brought up the next time they are up for reelection. Americans are sick of being stepped on by corrupt politicians!
