    DOESN'T THIS MEAN

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from paroling an alien into the United States solely because he or she: (1) falls ill while seeking admission at a port of entry; or

    DOESN'T THIS MEAN
THAT THE HOMELAND CAN NO LONGER PROHIBIT (STOP) PAROLING AN ALIEN INTO COUNTRY WHEN HE SAYS HE'S SICK??

WELL I THINK IT MEANS TO PROHIBIT FROM PAROLING. IT IS THE "ACT TO PROHIBIT" "FROM PAROLING TO THE UNITED STATES".

I THINK IT MEANS THEY HAVE BEEN LETTING PEOPLE PASS THROUGH (UNCHECKED)TO GET MEDICAL TREATMENT AND THIS ACT WILL PROHIBIT THEM FROM DOING THAT.

THINK IT MEANS IF SOMEONE SHOWS UP AT THE BORDER AND THEIR STATUS IS YET TO BE DETERMINED, AND THEY SAY THEY ARE SICK......THE BORDER PATROL CANT JUST SAY "OK, YOU CAN GO AHEAD" THEY HAVE TO CHECK THEIR DOCUMENTS FIRST.

MAYBE THEY LET THEM GO TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE...DONT KNOW HOW THEY WOULD HANDLE THAT.

HOTCBNS: I THINK THE AMENDMENT ACTUALLY ADDS THAT PROVISION THOUGH....NOT DELETES IT. HERE IS THE BILL.

    A BILL
To prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from paroling into the United States an alien who falls ill while seeking admission at a port of entry or seeks emergency medical assistance by approaching an agent or official of the Department of Homeland Security at or near a border.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON USE OF PAROLE POWER TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO ALIENS AT A BORDER.

Section 212(d)(5) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)) is amended by adding at the end the following:

`(C) The Secretary of Homeland Security may not parole into the United States an alien solely because the alien--

`(i) falls ill while seeking admission, or waiting to seek admission, at a port of entry into the United States; or

`(ii) approaches an agent or official of the Department of Homeland Security at or near the border in order to seek emergency medical assistance.'.

ROMAN NUMERAL ONE AND TWO ARE THE AMENDED PARTS BEING ADDED...NO? THATS WHAT I GET OUT OF IT. ROMAN NUMERAL ONE AND TWO ARE AMENDMENTS ADDED TO THE PAROLING POWERS OF SHS.

ALERT! Senators and House Represenatives are doing an end run in attempting to give illegal aliens citizenship. Recent bills introduced that were discovered on the internet:

    1. Senators Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and Olympia Snow (R-ME) are requesting for Senators Harkin and Chambliss include in the 2007 Farm Reauthorization Bill the AgJobs Bill (the part that failed in Senate Bill 1639) which provides the agricultural industry with a stable and reliable workforce, and implements reforms to the H2-A temporary farm worker visa program. The AgJobs bill would allow 3 million illegal aliens to stay in the United States and apply for citizenship.

    2. House Represenative Lamar Smith (R-Texas), introduced a bill to increase the number of H-1B visas to 195,000 in 2007.

    3. Senators Richard Durbin (D-IL), Richard Lugar (R-IN), and Chuck Hagel (R-NE) will be introducing the DREAM Act as an amendment to H.R. 1585 Department of Defense authorization bill, which is now being debated in the Senate. The amendment will need 60 votes to pass. The provisions of the DREAM Act amendment are expected to be word for word identical to Senate Bill 774, the bill these three Senators introduced earlier this Spring. It would provide a 6 year path to permanent residence and eventual citizenship for individuals brought into the U.S. years ago as undocumented children if they graduate from high school and continue on to college or military service and eliminate a federal provision that penalizes states that provide in-state tuition without regard to immigration status.

    Amnesty Sellout

    * House Represenative Lamar Smith (R-Texas), introduced a bill to increase the number of H-1B visas to 195,000 in 2007. This is outsourcing American jobs to foreigners. Many engineers in Silicon Valley are being let go so foreigners, in order that cheaper foreign workers may be employed. If you haven't see it yet, go to the following website to see a video for yourself:
http://lyrelyrepantzandfier.com/content/viewer/vids.php. This video is how American immigration attorneys teach employers how to cheat Americans out of jobs in order how to hire cheaper foreign workers. It is absolutely disgusting.
