Considering the first two that third result is weird. While I think that the ten year exclusion might be negotiated down if they leave and apply to reenter legal I would not expand quotas.

I wonder if some people are not reading the question and just answering yes to all three questions. Also, the number of people that have responded to the Amnesty question is far less than answered the first question. I would say, a bunch are undecided or missed the question. It's not a scientific poll but they can be just as harmful to the cause and the ligit polls.
