    No....they have the ability and are old enough to apply for citizenship themselves and wait just like all the rest.........There's people waiting for years and we just can't cave for every sad story. Geeze......I'm really turning into a cold B....

    These are not children. They are young adults capable of making their own decisions. I just love the last line of the article. It is not failure of the immigration system that she was not reunited with her children. She could have visited them any time she wished, as she was a US citizen and free to go to Costa Rica.
