Each day, more than 13,000 children and teens take their first drink. New government research shows that underage drinking is a dangerous trend that is most common in Wisconsin and least common in Utah. We'll take a look at how the trends in underage drinking and the use of tobacco and illegal drugs vary from state to state.

And, there are some 800,000 gang members in this country. That is more than the combined number of troops in our Army and Marine Corps. Those gangs have become one of the principle ways to import and distribute drugs in the United States. Rep. David Reichert, R-Washington, says those gangs are growing larger and stronger. He has introduced legislation to eliminate the top three international drug gangs. He joins us.
