    I say more of both are needed. With that said, the border fence is a force multiplier. By default, I voted for the fence.

    WORK PLACE ENFORCEMENT. THEY COME FOR THE JOBS. WITHOUT WORKPLACE ENFORCEMENT THE FENCE WILL MEAN NOTHING. BUT IT HELPS. BUT THEN AGAIN IT DEPENDS WHAT KIND OF FENCE. THEY CLIMB IT THEY DIG UNDER IT....SO BETWEEN FENCES AND AGENTS I SAY AGENTS WITH HELICOPTERS AND TECH EQUIPMENT TO ALERT THEM OF CROSSINGS.
