    Looks like there is video from Lou Dobbs from the past couple of days.
    with the inaguration going on, CNN pre-empted the show.
    but i guess headline news ran it

    it was just reported in the segment tonight that MEXICO DID INDEED have an impact in this prosecution, something that alot of people thought all along.

    In Fact the mexican government was trying to tell Bush NOT TO RELEASE these two.

    IF YOU DIDNT SEE this, watch the segment starting about 22 after the hour.

    HERE IT IS

    Mexico's assistant foreign minister for North American affairs, Carlos Rico, said the commutations set a bad precedent. Border Patrol agents need to know they aren't above the law "regardless of the things that (Aldrete) did," Rico said in Mexico City. The White House declined to comment on the commutations.

    I cant get it to play and i cant find transcripts from Monday or Tuesday
