    I haven't taken the poll yet, but will do so in a minute.

    As to the phrasing of the question, I would like to see another option added:

    "How about mandatory jail time, THEN mandatory deportation"

    As Sheriff Joe has shown in Maricopa CO, AZ; when you increase the 'pain factor' - eg. take the illegals out of the income stream for a while, you add a significant disincentive to keep illegals from wandering back across the border at will.

    The problem I see with this poll is that there is not anything that mentions them getting jail time for their crimes.
