I haven't taken the poll yet, but will do so in a minute.
As to the phrasing of the question, I would like to see another option added:
"How about mandatory jail time, THEN mandatory deportation"
As Sheriff Joe has shown in Maricopa CO, AZ; when you increase the 'pain factor' - eg. take the illegals out of the income stream for a while, you add a significant disincentive to keep illegals from wandering back across the border at will.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

The problem I see with this poll is that there is not anything that mentions them getting jail time for their crimes.I stay current on Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's fight to Secure Our Border and Send Illegals Home via E-mail Alerts (CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP)
