Illegal is illegal. It is not discriminating against Mexicans who are here illegally. NO ILLEGAL ALIEN IS ALLOWED TO WORK IN ARIZONA ILLEGALLY.

The key word is ILLEGAL. It is also illegal to aid or abet someone in the commission of a criminal act. It has been the Federal law for a long time.
Arizona has gotten tired of waiting on the Feds to Slam the door on employers
dipping in the cheap labor pool.
