    Witness status

Should the Legislature pass a bill that would prohibit police from questioning the nationality or immigration status of victims or witnesses of crimes?

If a witness to a murder was in the process found to be a robber or rapist should their crime be ignored because they are a witness to a murder? Should really 1 crime be considered forgivable as long as they assist in solving another?

We're a country founded on the Rule of Law, commit a crime and pay the penalty. Never overlook a suspicion or evidence on another crime in favor of solving a different one.
