They don't have any rights they are illegal aliens (criminals). The only rights they have is a oneway bus ticket to the border.
Some people are alive only because there are laws against killing them.

Bad Hand - - that's the correct answer. They are criminal invaders - they are NOT citizens of this Nation, therefore the ONLY right they have is to go back to the country of their origin - - Not stay in this one!!!!!!!
