Illegal immigrants do not have the ability to comprehend, read or fully understand America highway signs, which could result in fatal accidents. Driver licenses can be used to obtain employment because of picture Id's and (Customer Numbers) displayed on driver’s permits. Issuing of this license could possibly create also an increase flow of illegal aliens because we would be providing more legal access for transports of aliens. Let us not forget most automobiles operated by undocumented immigrants are uninsured, most pay cash for automobiles, therefore they do not have to maintain insurance as they would when purchasing a vehicle from an automobile dealer that requires insurance until monthly payments are completed. Many immigrants that operates automobiles on U.S. highways are often arrested for DUIâ€
