1. Who is CEP?
2. It lists all these groups to link to or support but not ALIPAC?
3. The person trying to harvest information and emails from our site has just made their first post ever and it is a link to this petition?
4. The petition is new and only 14 people have signed so gathering data from ALIPAC supporters is one of their first stops if not their first stop.
5. Exactly what is a small online petition supposed to accomplish?

I am hesitant to check it out, but would like to know if it is, indeed, an adversarial entity.

Other ALIPAC members might also need to know.

Nope, no time to research this link other than my initial observations.

There's really NO REASON any other group should try to harvest emails and data from ALIPAC supporters here without our direct consent.

You folks can look deeper into this if you have the time. That is supposed to be what our activists do as I can only be here for limited amounts of time around my work schedule.

Regarding both illegal and legal immigration, Barack Obama and John McCain support the Third World invasion of the United States, and thus are guilty of treason.

Both Barack Obama and John McCain support unwise free trade agreements, which are undermining our economy. (Conservatives historically have opposed ideological free trade, but many in the GOP have been "neoconned" on this issue.)

Both Barack Obama and John McCain are interventionists, the former supporting war in Darfur, the latter in Iraq and Iran. The transformation of the Middle East (or anywhere else) to liberal democracy is Wilsonian internationalism, not conservatism.

Because the two main-party candidates are unacceptable, we pledge not to vote or to vote third party this November.

Thanks William. I misunderstood your concern, otherwise I would have done this myself.

And thank you kathyet for the information. I'll take a closer look myself now.

You guys are paranoid. This petition is legit. CEP has been around for a few hours.

If you're that worried about it, just use a fake email address to sign petition.

That should have read: CEP has been around for a few years.

Look at their website. They've had other petitions.
