I totally agree with you. But, I must admit that the kind of comprehensive reforming I'm thinking about is a paddle out behind the barn.
All joking aside for a minute. The only comprehensive reform that I'm aware of ( any correct me if I'm wrong, please), is to initiate a recall.
Now, I'm not sure exactly how the process works, but I think it's like "recalling " a governor.
You know, I bet if we started with McCain, and then went on to Kennedy, we'd get congress' immediate attention.
