    Not necessarily. But they shouldn't be catered to with bilingual teachers, people to translate for them , or government forms printed in their native languages either. Foreigners who come to the United States to live should make it their business to learn the language spoken in this country..............ENGLISH. And it doesn't matter what country they come from.
