    From the linked article:

    Since the March 30 car wreck, Jacocks has met with numerous civic groups to discuss the immigration policy. He said citizens appear to be split on whether a change was necessary.
    Hey Jancocks, take a good look at that poll and tell us again how "split" Virginia Beach citizens are on this issue. Makes me wonder if by "civic groups" he meant illegal alien advocates.
