    I don't look for these numbers to change much with the total voter counts already in.

    It's regrettable, but if you read Tom's book (and many others), we should consider limiting ALL immigration at some point in the near future, especially in the American western states where water is in such short supply. Seven states depend at least partly on the Colorado River for sustenance. This stream, although spectacular along it's canyon course, rarely ranks in the top 20 American rivers in average annual volume of flow. We have lots of space out here but few of the resources needed for substantial populations.

    Any of you ever hear of the Sabine River separating Texas & Louisiana?
    (Sit down you Texans & Cajuns!!) The Sabine almost always exceeds the Colorado in volume of flow. Potable water is crucial when discussing any immigration issue!
