It doesn't matter anymore who is the most capable to run the country.
It only matters who can raise enough money to buy the Presidency.
I'm disgusted with the whole thing!

We would be sunk if either of those two win the election.

As an older American, it saddens me to see that most Americans are not able to think for themselves anymore.

It appears that Hollywood and TV stars have such a strong pull on what this generation does and believe. This is such an important issue, that l just wish everyone would do their homework and pick the right person for the country. This is not American Idol or any other TV show!!

Of course, the exception, is to every one on this site.....

ITA. There are 8 MILLION PLUS STEPFORD WIVES who kiss the ground Oprah walks on. It's really sad.

I am busy and work almost everyday and don't watch much tv. I used to like Oprah until she had that Democrat Gov. from New Jersey, Mcgrealy(sp?) talking about having sex with his boyfriend while his wife was having a c-section - in her bed. He talked as though is was OK, now, since he is out of the closet. It was sickening and I haven't watched her show since. How liberal.

Now that she is into politics in a bad way; for sure, I will never watch her show again.

I saw her one night on Larry King where she said "she would like to become a political activist. So, l guess with Obama, she found it.

She started off very real and then came the money along with the power and now she's just a woman with clout......lost alot of TV fans.

She is no longer what she was......kinda sad!

I wouldn't trust Obama to run this country...especially after he said he was raised a muslim. Now he says he is a Baptist Christian. He IS however the lesser of the two evils between him and Hillary.

I used to watch Oprah, but I cant stand when all these celebrites start getting into this political activism. Its one reason I can't handle Susan Sarandon. They get so rich and powerful that they start trying push thier views every chance they get. Even using awards shows to work it into thier speech, like at the Academy Awards a few years back. Irritating!!

For the most part, I've always enjoyed watching Oprah. My husband has even enjoyed a few of her show topics.

Ironically it was him who came storming out to the laundry room the other day and told me, angrily "We will not be watching Oprah anymore....not ever....she's backing Obama, the witch!!!"

LOL......he meant it too.

ophra made her millions off of the USA but when it was time to 'give back' she said Americans weren't deserving and went to africa and opened her school. ophra can't see the hard working Americans who need to choose between meds or food. our government takes benefits belonging to citizens and gives them away to illegals so we then have to learn to do without.
