[Watch] Calling IRS Scandal a Conspiracy Theory, Rep Shows His Ignorance

[Watch] Calling IRS Scandal a Conspiracy Theory, Rep Shows His Ignorance

    June 28, 2014News

Once again the Democrats have obviously put out the word. What started with numerous repetitions by the new official White House Liar, Josh Earnest, that the IRS scandal and in particular the destroyed emails of Lois Lerner were part of some conspiracy theories is now being repeated by a disgusting subhuman mongrel, Representative Lloyd Doggett of Texas.
This small-minded criminal partisan had the nerve to use the deaths of four Americans, caused by those of his party in leadership positions within the current regime, into his demeaning of those opposed to and investigating the current ongoing criminality involving the leadership within the IRS.
While it was not his intent, he is correct in as much as there is evidence of a very large and pervasive conspiracy to commit multiple felonies both within the administration and within the IRS. That will likely be one of the charges that is eventually leveled against the criminals once the Democrats have run out of options for stalling the investigation.

One thing, this pile of Dogget might want to double check before he goes on the record and exposes his ignorance would be American geography or history. He might have learned that Area 51 is in Nevada, not New Mexico.
He also references an American embassy in Benghazi, which is incorrect. The U.S. operated an annex and a separate compound, but no embassy.
He also utilizes the group Democrat proclamation that Obama has a legitimate birth certificate as a means by which to demean those who question the obviously false narrative. In his centrally controlled world, accepting anything you are told is much more virtuous and respectable than demanding proof or engaging in critical thought.
Rep Doggett says that one of the mistakes Koskinen made was to assume that this was a professional inquiry on the part of the committee. Dogget does his best to validate that assertion by making sure his portion of the hearings completely lacks any semblance of professionalism. He then follows up his inane comments with charges that the investigation is a Republican cover-up of something that he labels as pollution of our democracy.
On that point, Lloyd, there’s one more thing. You get a paycheck for “representing” people in a republic, not a democracy.
The bottom line Lloyd, is that you make the people of your district in Texas look like ignorant hicks. You’re not cute, you’re not intelligent, and you’re uninformed. You are what the voters in your district probably refer to as an embarrassing mistake.

Oopsie: IRS Required By Law To Keep Hard Copies Of All Agency Emails In Event Of Problem

    H/T Nickarama via Weasel Zippers

Oopsie, guess not only do they have a ridiculous lying excuse about losing the emails in a computer crash, but choosing that excuse means they are admitting they broke the law by not maintaining the records.

    Via Daily Caller:
The Internal Revenue Service is required by federal law to keep records of all agency emails and to print out hard copies of the emails to make sure they get saved in the event of a computer glitch.
The IRS recently claimed that it lost 24,000 of 67,000 emails that ex-official Lois Lerner sent between 2009 and 2011, due to a computer crash. The IRS, which agreed to turn over all of Lerner’s emails to the House Committee on Ways and Means, specifically lost emails Lerner sent to other Obama administration agencies and the White House. Lerner is a major figure in the targeting scandal that has hit the IRS.
Meanwhile, President Barack Obama’s press secretary, Josh Earnest, backed up the IRS’s claim of a computer crash. The IRS claimed that it is currently working to retrieve the emails by working with the other agencies, which are not obligated by the IRS’s agreement with the Ways and Means Committee to cooperate.
“The [Federal Records Act] requires agencies to make and preserve records of agency decisions, policies, and essential transactions, and to take steps to safeguard against the loss of agency records,” said House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, who subpoenaed IRS Commissioner John Koskinen Monday.
