Useless speech full of debunked “facts” in front of a useless body that would have no home, cash or teeth if the United States didn’t provide it. (Text can be found at The Huffington Post.)
Just for fun, though, let’s review what the idiot had to say:

Like global warming/climate change/climate disruption. Whatever is happening is happening because the sun is going through phases, the oceans are trying to decide if they should heat up, and the planet’s volcanoes are trying to kill us.

We know that droughts are intensifying, our oceans are warming and acidifying, with methane plumes rising up from beneath the ocean floor. We are seeing extreme weather events, increased temperatures, and the West Antarctic and Greenland ice-sheets melting at unprecedented rates, decades ahead of scientific projections.

Really? Last I heard the ice sheets at either pole were breaking records for being so large. Global temperatures are going down and have been since 1988. The number of tornadoes is down for the year. We haven’t had a named hurricane directly hit the United States in years (Sandy wasn’t a hurricane when it hit). What human gets to the bottom of the ocean to produce methane? Wouldn’t that be a natural thing that just happens?

To be clear, this is not about just telling people to change their light bulbs or to buy a hybrid car.

Says the man who flies around the world in private jets, has a really big yacht and is chauffeured in a limousine that is definitely not a hybrid. They don’t have enough juice to haul that kind of weight.

I am not a scientist, but I don’t need to be. Because the world’s scientific community has spoken, and they have given us our prognosis, if we do not act together, we will surely perish.

Half the world’s scientific community says it’s a hoax, and the main “scientists” pushing the concept have been exposed as frauds.

We need to put a pricetag on carbon emissions, and eliminate government subsidies for coal, gas, and oil companies. We need to end the free ride that industrial polluters have been given in the name of a free-market economy, they don’t deserve our tax dollars, they deserve our scrutiny. For the economy itself will die if our eco-systems collapse.

But government subsidies for “renewables” are okay? Even when they are significantly more expensive?

The good news is that renewable energy is not only achievable but good economic policy. New research shows that by 2050 clean, renewable energy could supply 100% of the world’s energy needs using EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES, and it would create millions of jobs.

Oh? A piece posted today on National Review refutes that statement. Of course, the author uses arcane arguments like laws of physics and economics which quite honestly are most likely going to go over Leo’s head since he works strictly in the realm of make-believe. Not only are renewables expensive, and spotty when it comes to production, they also require a more robust infrastructure than we have built for intermittent high energy production. It seems that natural gas cuts emissions more than wind. (Really, it’s a fascinating piece.)
So, Leo put his reputation on the line and came out looking like a bigger idiot than most of us thought he was in the first place with the wannabe ponytail and the unkempt beard.
