    and while we are at it

    there is a HUGE differance between Defense Spending and ATTACK Spending

    How about we seperate into two budgets Defense Spending / Attack Spending

    I'll pay for Defense Spending

    you charge all of the LOONEY TOONs for the Attack Spending
