To date Hakeem Jeffries has not explained why our United States Supreme Court is illegitimate, nor why the Court’s majority opinion in Louisiana v. Callais is a "despicable decision" and not in harmony with text of our Constitution and its documented “legislative intent”, which gives context to its text.

So, is it not time for Hakeem Jeffries to stand up like a man and substantiate his outrageous and disgusting allegations?

It is part of the Democrat (they've rebranded themselves "Progressives") agenda/platform, to call proposed changes to voting as "racial, anti-women, a 60 year program to quash elections," etc.

The democrat party leadership constantly uses identity politics to subvert our system's rule of law.

Having stated the above, our current Supreme Court consists of the following members, in compliance with our Senate’s advice and consent:

John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States, Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Hakeem Jefferies needs to explain why our Supreme Court is “illegitimate”, which is what he stated:

Every time Jefferies sets foot in public a reporter needs to ask Jeffries while on camera, to explain why our Supreme Court is "illegitimate" as he has charged.

Senator Booker, Hakeem Jefferies' side kick, described our Supreme Court as a "corrupt court" and "profoundly hypocritical" while neither has explained how the Courts opinion in LOUISIANA v. CALLAIS ET AL violates the text of our Constitution or its documented legislative intent.

Not only has Hakeem Jefferies accused our Supreme Court of being “illegitimate”, but now he shows his distain for ICE being funded, which has been rounding up dangerous criminal aliens [rapists’, child molesters, murderers, gang members, etc.] and deporting them.

Hakeem Jefferies has no problem brown noseing for, and supporting, our hate American crowd.

The Democrat / Progressive Agenda is strongly anti-ICE.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of confusion around ICE--although they are doing a lot of important and necessary work tasks as you mentioned below, there are also reports of some ICE agents causing harm (causing deaths in MN, for example) plus reports of abuses at ICE Detention Centers.

It's a pretty messy situation.
