Santelli Sounds Off...Again

CNBC's Rick Santelli tapped into some pent up anger yesterday when he criticized Obama's mortgage plan as being unfair. Santelli discusses the plan again, and Ken Langone, founder of Home Depot and president and chairman of Invemed, chimes in.

I missed that, and thanks. Langone is correct and so is Santelli. Once confidence is lost is the American currency, the entire world will collapse, thanks to our globalism. And Santelli is right that the focus of any federal spending has to be jobs, jobs and more jobs. The trickle-down economics of the Bush-Clinton-Bush years had to collapse, as those job creators and providers saw faltering success, so they laid off American consumers, who could no longer pay their mortgages or buy those trinkets, which meant those vendors also cut back on personnel, adding to the viscious cycle that seems not to be ending soon. The majority of job creators have never been out for anything than stockholder and bondholder approval and nice bonuses for their top execs. Why are Americans losing jobs? Not because, as some claim, they are smarter and more hard working than Americans. They are just cheaper. FYI, in April another 85,000 H1B visas will be availabe, so hang onto your desk and your livelihood.
