Bloomington Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Federal Prison For Possession of a Machine Gun

INDIANAPOLIS - Krin P. Gallagher, 29, of Bloomington, Indiana, was sentenced to 180 months in prison today by U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker following his guilty plea to possessing firearms while engaged in drug-trafficking activity, announced Timothy M. Morrison, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana. This case was the result of a investigation by the Bloomington Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives.

In approximately June of 2008, the Bloomington Police Department (“BPDâ€

for this, i have no problem with it considering he was trafficking drugs too
