2010 TAX TERRORISM SEASON

Each year about this time the federal government and most notably the Department of the Treasury and the IRS start what some in the Tax Honesty Movement call the Tax Terrorism Season. In the interest of fair credit I did not coin that phrase and first heard it from a friend of mine name Dave Champion ( www.originalintent.org - www.nontaxpayer.org ).

During the first few months of the season, up until April fifteenth, we start to hear stories of high profile individuals being taken to court for one reason or other dealing with taxes. All in an effort to frighten the people into voluntary compliance; although I think the mob used to use that same tactic on the shop owners in Brooklyn and many of them went to jail.
