Twenty-Seven Defendants Charged With Narcotics-Related Offenses

Mangione, Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, Miami Field Office, Gregory McCann, Acting Director of Field Operations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Miami Field Office, James K. Loftus, Director, Miami-Dade Police Department, Miguel Exposito, Chief, City of Miami Police Department, Alexander E.
