60 Percent of Americans Want ObamaCare Repealed, But Not the Anti-American Senate and President

In our national elections held just this past November 02, 2010 the American people spoke out loudly and clearly against the socialist liberal Democrats and the unconstitutional medical plan called ObamaCare that was forced through both houses of Congress, which they controlled at an earlier time in 2010 before the elections.

The newly elected conservatives to the Republican Party in Congress were of such magnitude that they were able to regain control of the House of Representatives by a wide margin, and just missed getting control of the Senate by a mere three members.

The people let it be known that they wanted the unconstitutional and illegal ObamaCare removed from our government and the faster the better; the Republican House listened and in less than three months from the elections in November and in less than two weeks of the seating of the freshmen House Representatives on January 5, 2011, the Republicans responded with the help a few Democrats, soundly repealing the ObamaCare medical legislation only some six months after having been signed into law in 2010.

As stated online January 21, 2011 by E.W. Jackson, Sr., Chairman, S.T.A.N.D. America PAC, “There are many things wrong with ObamaCare, but S.T.A.N.D. America PAC ‘s biggest concern is that at its very core, ObamaCare is ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL.â€

Republicans need to get the replacement or alternative bill drafted ASAP and get it introduced and posted on the House website next week. They need to keep it simple, to 1 page, and address the following issues:

1. prohibit exclusions for pre-existing conditions, subject to some reasonable terms and conditions

2. prohibit dropped coverages when someone gets sick.

3. repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1945 that exempts the insurance industry from the Sherman Anti-Trust Act which will open interstate sales of insurance

4. remove any and all caps on health savings accounts including those paid for by both employee and employer

4. require all 501 C 3 "charities" to spend all their tax exempt revenues on providing food, shelter or medical care to legal residents of the United States for free without charge.

And of course separately pass the FairTax which increase the net expendable income of all legal residents of the United States and all retained earnings of all businesses operating in the US which enables far more individuals to buy their own insurance as well as find a job with an employer who can afford to offer insurance through the work place.
