In this article I will be reveal to you the betrayal of the American people by a government cabal who are bent on destroying our sovereignty in order to create a North American Union. The miscreants include many who function at the highest levels in our government. Many hold membership in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Trilateral Commission and pursue a subversive agenda. The cabal is deliberately circumventing the U.S. Congress and 'We the People' in blatant violation of our Constitution. Collectively they are committing TREASON. If you continue to believe that the illegal alien invasion is the biggest threat to America, you will never understand that there is something far more dangerous to our country called the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" (SPP). As bad as the illegal alien situation is . . . you will learn that this nation is in dire peril far exceeding the illegal alien problem.

Educate yourself. If you have a computer, read what your own government has posted on their official websites such as the Whitehouse.gov, SPP.gov, State.gov and Canada.USembassy.gov. You will be aghast at the nearly complete destruction of our Constitutional Republic, Bill of Rights, and sovereignty they have ALREADY achieved. This heinous ongoing treason has been engineered by an entrenched cabal of legislators, courts, military brass, and government employees in this and prior administrations. The tyranny is being facilitated by hundreds of people embedded at all levels of the executive branch constituting a so-called 'Shadow Government' who are working in concert to dismantle this country in plain sight. The agenda has been engineered by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and kept secret by their deliberately mute media collaborators.

As many of you know the latest assault on America's sovereignty began in 1994 with NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement - a treaty that was never properly ratified by the Senate. A trade agreement that has taken our great nation from trade surpluses to trade deficits with both Canada and Mexico. It has transferred our manufacturing plants to those foreign countries and others and has taken away the opportunity for many to reach for the American dream of a better tomorrow.

Collectively they are committing TREASON since our Constitution, Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 states that the president "shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur . . . ". The president NEVER got that Constitutionally required consent for NAFTA, or CAFTA or the SPP which is an agreement to merge our country with Mexico and Canada in order to create the North American Union (NAU)!

The 'blueprint' being used to construct the North American Union (NAU) comes directly from the formation of the European Union (EU). In an act of tyranny, our government is illegally creating the NAU by using secret meetings and deceptive double-speak to hide their TREASONOUS, INCREMENTAL STEALTH. They are making MASSIVE changes to our regulatory laws and calling them 'HARMONIZATIONS'. What they are doing is degrading two hundred years of our nation's administrative law. They are re-writing our regulatory law, which involves every facet of our daily lives, in order to integrate our laws with Mexico's corrupt oligarchy and Canada's socialist parliamentary system.

The only difference between the creation of the EU and the NAU is that it took 55 years for the European free trade agreement to morph into the EU. Unless we can stop them, they will accomplish the NAU here in a BREATHTAKING 15 years. The former 'robber barons' of yore have morphed into what I call One World Monopolists, who have already declared before our Congress that our borders are to be eliminated by 2010. Are you ready for that?

How do we know that the EU is EXACTLY what they want to impose upon our Constitutional Republic? Because Dr. Robert A. Pastor, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), announced before "the Trilateral Commission in 2002 that the North American Union needed to implement a series of political proposals which would have authority OVER the sovereignty of the United States, Canada and Mexico. Just like they did with EU.


Specifically, Pastor called for the creation of North American passports and a North American Customs and Immigrations, which would have authority OVER U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). A North American Parliamentary Group would OVERSEE the U.S. Congress. A Permanent Court on Trade and Investment would resolve disputes within NAFTA, exerting FINAL AUTHORITY OVER judgments of the U.S. Supreme Court. A North American Commission would 'develop an integrated continental plan for transportation and infrastructure'."

That is EXACTLY what was done in creating the European Union!

What 'Political Proposals' REALLY Mean is that the 'leaders' of three sovereign nations can gather at a 'round table' and sign the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement which will implement all the CFR concepts I just outlined, WITHOUT the required Constitutionally mandated Congressional consent, oversight, or transparency.

Political proposals means that three politicians get together and clandestinely agree to use the power of their elected office to unilaterally create the North American Union with absolutely no intention of allowing any legislative involvement or permission from We the People. That, by ANY measure, is TREASON!

Those 'heads of state' are part of a cabal that includes the former corporatist robber barons, who control the banks, the media and the non-profit foundations such as the Carnegie, Ford, and Rockefeller (CFR). They constitute a Shadow Government of One World Monopolists who control our government by wielding their immense financial wealth and its associated power. They are operating behind the scenes in fascist collusion with many in high places in our government, military, and corporate world. Their goal is to destroy our Constitutional Republic, usurp our sovereignty and irrevocably alter our lives. They plan to turn North America into a totalitarian state ruled by a corporate plutocracy -- a totalitarian government, OF the wealthy, BY the wealthy, and FOR the wealthy.

The first public mention of their illegal plans was made by the 'leaders' of Mexico, Canada and America on March 23, 2005 in Waco, Texas. Those three traitors of their respective nations, held meetings at Baylor University, and SIGNED a European Union styled pact called the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America. Since then, our 'Chief Executive' has commanded ALL of the departments in the Executive Branch to form 'task forces,' agendas, goals and meet timetables for completion.


Their task is to rewrite MANY of our regulatory laws covering every conceivable topic you can imagine relating to our daily lives. They operate behind closed doors in secret meetings to advance their goal of 'HARMONIZING' ALL of our bureaucratic or administrative regulatory laws between the three countries, by altering them to their corporate and financial benefit.


Since Waco, our government has lied about having signed the SPP agreement. Their dirty deed was barely reported in the media. There was little to no follow-up reporting by the corrupt, monopolized and controlled corporate media. Just think of all those endless hours of drivel on the news about Anna Nichole Smith, or Michael Jackson, or O J Simpson, or Natalie Holloway, and yet barely a peep about the single most devastating plan to eliminate our sovereignty and end America as we know it.

Because of the complicit media, We the People are left completely in the dark. For the most part, we have no idea that our country is already being run by an unelected and un-accountable elite plutocracy. Just think about it . . . a 'Shadow Government' and their complicit cabal, were able to direct the launching of the NAU as a political proposal signed by three men who were the duly elected leaders from three sovereign countries. Our Constitution says that such agreements are to be subjected to Congressional oversight and approval.

The SPP is a Trojan Horse based on the EU blueprint of massive 'harmonized' and ILLEGAL regulatory changes, using incremental stealth, all with the intent of destroying our Constitutional Republic.

To Add Insult to Injury, an International Version Of The SPP Trojan Horse Was Just Signed . . .


The Transatlantic Economic Integration AGREEMENT between the U.S. and the European Union was signed on April 30, 2007 at the White House by Bush, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who is the current unelected and appointed president of the European Council and José Manuel Barros, the selected, not elected, President of the European Commission.

The United States and the European Union have signed up to a new transatlantic economic partnership at a summit in Washington, DC. The pact is designed to boost trade and investment by harmonising regulatory standards, laying the basis for a US-EU single market.


What actually happened was that: President Bush signed an AGREEMENT creating a cabinet level 'permanent body' that commits the U.S. to 'deeper transatlantic economic integration,' without ratification by the Senate as a treaty or passage by Congress as a law.

The basic fundamental plan modeled on the EU, is to increasingly and incrementally transform our system of governance so that we are moving from the system of representative government set forth in the U.S. Constitution to a system of collaborative policymaking by professional governmental bureaucrats and business leaders.


Many Have Warned Against the Dissolution of our Sovereignty:


"Rear Admiral Chester Ward, USN (Retd.), who was a member of the CFR for sixteen years, wrote, 'The most powerful clique in these elitist groups have one objective in common--They want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and the national independence of the United States."

"Felix Frankfurter, Justice of the Supreme Court from 1939 to 1962 said: The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes."

In a speech given on February 23, 1954, Senator William Jenner warned America: "Outwardly we have a Constitutional government. We have operating within our government and political system, another body representing another form of government, a bureaucratic elite which believes our Constitution is outmoded."

Lastly, right here in Washington, DC is a memorial park dedicated to Franklin Delano Roosevelt where you will find a large engraved message on one of the monuments. It's the one with a statue of his dog Fala on it. I believe it is a warning from the beyond grave. The engraving says this:

Whether you reviled or admired FDR we must always remember that it is incumbent upon us to realize that America is a Constitutional Republic . . . NOT a Democracy! The trials and tribulations that exist today tells us that we have lost sight of that VERY IMPORTANT FACT!

How often have you heard people refer to America as a Democracy? When was the last time that you heard America referred to as a Republic? There is a very good reason that our Pledge of Allegiance refers to our country as a Republic and there is a very good reason that our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution do not even mentioned the word 'democracy'.


Many people are under the false impression that our form of government is a democracy, which of course we are NOT! We are a Constitutional Republic which democratically elects our representatives to Congress. But you would never know that is the case because ALL you constantly hear is that 'we are a democracy'. Such constantly repeated dis-information is a form of propaganda being deliberately spouted by all manner of politicians and government officials. It is a form of brain-washing. They can't all be that ignorant of our history and Constitution, can they? If not, why are they constantly re-iterating the 'democracy' propaganda? For what purpose?


The Founders of our country were extremely knowledgeable about the issue of democracy and feared a democracy as much as a monarchy. They understood that the only entity that can take away the people's freedom is their own government, either by being too weak to protect them from external threats or by becoming too powerful and taking over every aspect of life. BOTH of which we now face.


Our forefathers knew very well the meaning of the word "democracy", and the history of democracies; and they were deliberately doing everything in their power to prevent having a democracy.


A Constitutional Republic has some similarities to democracy in that it uses democratic processes to elect representatives and pass new laws, etc. The critical difference lies in the fact that a Constitutional Republic has a Constitution that limits the powers of the government. It also spells out how the government is structured, creating checks on its power and balancing power between the different branches.

What we have now is a far cry from the Constitutional Republic created by our founding fathers. Our Congress has COMPLETELY capitulated its Constitutional duties to the executive branch. For example they rubber stamped two recent bills titled the Military Commissions Act (MCA) of 2006 and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) of 2007. Those two 'Acts', approved overwhelmingly by our congress and signed into law on the same day, October 17, 2006, have given the president 'despotic, dictatorial powers' by granting him the ability to call forth martial law for whatever reason he chooses.

The Military Commission Act of 2006 (MCA) eliminated the writ of habeas corpus. The Act will allow YOU to be called an 'unlawful enemy combatant' and subject you to a Combatant Status Revue Tribunal or OTHER tribunal which can be formed by the president or the Secretary of Defense. Without habeas corpus and its Constitutional safeguards you no longer have a way to end illegal detainment and judicial railroading. They can simply call you an 'unlawful enemy combatant', put you in jail and throw away the key.

All Americans should know that the suspension of the 'writ of habeas corpus' by the 'Military Commissions Act is a violation of Article 1, Section 9 of the U. S.Constitution which states: "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

The National Defense Authorization Act of 2007 (NDAA) which eliminated Posse Comitatus that restricted the military from policing duties on American soil and also 'revised' the Insurrection Act. As such, the NDAA permits the President to deploy troops as a police force: 'during a natural disaster, epidemic, serious public health emergency, terrorist attack, OR OTHER CONDITIONS', when the President determines that the authorities of the state are 'incapable of maintaining public order'. The NDAA will allow the president to declare a 'public emergency' call forth the military, take control of state-based National Guard, without the consent of the governor as was once required!

By calling forth martial law under the NDAA there would have been debate, discussion, or demands that an event that happens in one state, should NOT require martial law nation-wide. To put an end to ANY opposition, the president has just issued a National Security Presidential Directive - NSPD 51 to CLOSE THAT NDAA LOOPHOLE and squelching all potential debate.


The NSPD 51 directive loosely defines a "catastrophic emergency" as "any incident, REGARDLESS OF LOCATION, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."


Unfortunately, the real terror will occur AFTER martial law arrives because ANY declaration of martial law will invoke Executive Orders (EOs) which will permit forced relocations, work camps, detention camps for civilians, and a plethora of other 'lawful orders' that will control every facet of life in this country down to the finest detail.


You MUST understand that the illegal alien problem is simply the MECHANISM for leveraging what is yet to come. Once the civil unrest and chaos caused by the overwhelming 'human tsunami' of illegal aliens and MS-13 gangs reduces America to complete anarchy, a state of total lawlessness and riots; or the bird flu pandemic arrives, or another 'Katrina' occurs, or a 'dirty bomb' is unleashed . . . the federal government will institute martial law. One of those events or some other inventive pretext will then allow the 'Shadow Government' to step forward and VISIBLY take over our country. They will use martial law to install a fascist One World Order dictatorial government in plain sight instead of operating clandestinely as they do now.

How Long Has the Shadow Government Been Working to End Our Constitutional Republic & Sovereignty?


Since at least 1931 when Arnold Toynbee, a Fabian socialist and member of the Rhodes Round Table and a court historian for the British Royal Institute for International Affairs (RIIA), the counterpart to our CFR, spoke before the Conference of Institutions for the Scientific Study of International Affairs, in Copenhagen where he said:





"If we are frank with ourselves, we shall admit that we are engaged on a deliberate and sustained and concentrated effort to impose limitations upon the sovereignty and independence of the fifty or sixty local sovereign independent States [he means Nations] which at present partition the habitable surface of the earth and divide the political allegiance of mankind."
