    (CNSNews.com) – Many of the programs created under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after 9/11 can be dispensed with, according to the American Civil Liberties Union. And the incoming Obama administration will make major renovations in the DHS that will strengthen privacy rights for individuals, civil rights activists said at a conference on Wednesday.

    “There is a real opportunity for the new administration and all the new folks coming in to take a serious look at all of the programs that were set up in the immediate aftermath of 9/11,â€

    In other words he wants the change to be stop enforcing illegal immigration laws, stop building the fence....DUH doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where this guy is going here.

    Y'know...I would like to see Civil Rights for ordinary Americans. It seems that you have to belong to a special group these days.

    Screw civil rights. They come from man and government. How about our Constitutional Rights, that are not surrenderable to man or any institution of man.
