Claims that the American military's been getting its own way, by psychologically manipulating the country's decision-makers, are raising hackles on Capitol Hill. 'Rolling Stone' magazine says army officials ordered groups known as 'psy-ops' teams to put pressure on congressmen visiting Afghanistan - to get more money and support for the war.
