Personally, I think that when you elect a pack of lawyers to represent you in Congress, you wind up with unending lawsuits and very little resolution. I also think that if there is a problem with law, the Congress should re examine the law and make the necessary changes. It seem that all Congress does is churn out new laws instead of fixing bad ones.

It's obvious, to even the casual observer, that the U.S. Supreme Court legislated from the bench.
