American backlash against things made in China
On the radio this morning, I heard a report that about a third of people polled said they were buying less this Christmas season. Half of those (when asked the reason) said they refused to buy toys or anything made in China because of all the recalls. I don't have a link on this, but watch for more on this topic. Lou Dobbs would be proud to know that very slowly, the sluggish American giant is awaking to what China is doing to us--and they are reacting!
I would just LOVE to see everyone in the country let all that junk from China sit on the shelves of Walmart, Target, and anywhere else making a profit at the expense of the country's welfare.

I was happy to see this post. I have been calling to find out where products are manufactured before buying for this Christmas. I have had to change my list ... and I let all these companies know that I will NOT BUY FROM CHINA. Some of them EVEN wanting to give me "good deals" but I tell them ...NO THANKS, I'M NOT BUYING FROM CHINA!!!!
Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us. THEY DESERVE the goodness of AMERICA not to be given to those who are stealing our children's future! ... and a congress who works for THEM!

I am encouraging others to buy products that say MADE IN AMERICA or MADE IN THE USA. I know the trend is growing toward doing just that, but many complain they have a difficult time finding things. There are links here at Alipac and then you may google for MADE IN AMERICA products too. I hope that more individuals will start to create and make products that are American made.
Here is a forum discussing this very issue.

Rev. 1:1Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

The Chinese crew abord the ship that leaked in San Francisco refuses to speak to investigators. I really want to get it out of my mind that it was deliberate or the result of language barriers or indifference to the consequences.

I've been doing my best to boycott them as well, but it is next to impossible! I went Christmas shopping with my mother at our local mall last weekend. Every single item we picked up - whether it was clothes or toys, or - whatever - was made in China. It was frightening because it literally feels like we've been invaded. They have such a monopoly on things.
So needless to say, it has made my gift shopping very difficult. It doesn't matter whether it's Sears, JC Penney, Target, Macy's, they ALL have merchandise made in China. It really makes me MAD!!!

I have been trying to find a garment steamer... I have entered in the search window garment steamer made in the usa... but I can't find anything so I have been looking hoping to find one made somewhere other than China. I haven't had any luck. I called HSN and asked if they had one but the two they have listed are also made in China. Conair and Jiffy. If anyone knows of one NOT made in China, please let me know.
I also asked if she has had a lot of inquiries about where products are made? Some, but not a lot... Wow....I hope that changes!! Putting our KIDS IN DANGER was enough for me. I hope it was enough for the rest of America!!!! If we don't buy from China, this will effect many companies...(TRAITORS!!!!). So its a good way to give them a piece of our mind!!!!!!!!!
Just called Jiffy back and ALL THEIR STEAMERS ARE MADE IN THE USA!!!! yEAH JIFFY!!!!.Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us.
